Shipping costs
Shipping is organized with “Omniva Latvia” and is free within Latvia. You can also pick-up your purchase in AUSME STUDIO office in Riga, Baznicas street 35-2 in working days 9-5.

Delivery time
As each piece is handmade, delivery time is estimated between 3-5 business days, but could take up to 10 days depending on availability. We normally despatch all orders within one working day. Depending on order volume and product availability certain orders may take longer to fulfill, however, we will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Returns
Returns should be made within 14 days after delivery of your shipment. The product should be without any visible signs of usage. The customer covers the return shipping cost. We will usually refund your order within 3 days of receiving return goods in our warehouse but please note, that it might take longer for refund to appear in your account as transfers between payment systems might take a longer time.
